For the comments: What are your favorite contemporary YA books to give as gifts?
I think Kiki Hamilton’s The Faerie Ring is a great gift, sent it to my cousin’s daughter for Christmas last year and she loved it! Also Dead End in Norvelt by Jack Gantos is a funny read that everyone can enjoy.
For older YAs Bethany Griffin’s The Masque of the Red Death, very unusual retelling on a Poe short story.
