It’s reading time with Dax and Lily again, and today we’re featuring Paper Peek Animals by Chihiro Takeuchi, a gorgeous board book featuring cut-paper illustrations.
Paper Peek Animals showcases animals from every continent. The cutouts make for a fun preview of each new page, and the illustrations themselves are so lovely and sweet. I’m excited to dive into this one more when the twins are a bit older, and they can help find and count the animals in each image. Right now, they enjoy flipping through the board book pages together.
