For our April Book of the Month, we’re giving you a chance to win one of Lisa Schroeder’s books for free!
All of Lisa’s Young Adult books deal with loss in some way — the death of a boyfriend, best friend, brother, mother, etc. Facing your own mortality.
For this contest, we want you to write about loss. It can be a true story, and you can write about your own personal loss. Or it can be fiction, and you can write a made-up story about someone facing loss.
And since Lisa is known for writing novels in verse, we have two options for you: write your response as a poem (in verse) or as a short story or journal entry (in prose).
