Assorted January Contest Winners Announced!

We’ve had some marathon contests over the last two months … and while we’ll continue to bring you great giveaways all year-long, you may notice them come a bit less frequently for the next few months. (We really ramped ’em up in December & January for the holidays). So it’s time now to bring you the final round of winners from our most recent giveaways!

First up … Megan M. is the winner of our We Hear the Dead/Picture the Dead contest. Congrats! She’ll be receiving a copy of both books.

For this contest, we asked you to tell us whether you believe in ghosts or not. Here’s what Megan had to say:

Nope! I don’t believe in ghosts, because people die all the time, yet, the only ghosts you ever hear about are mean.

I mean, come on, isn’t there at least one nice ghostie out there? There are plenty of nice people in the world, just because you’re haunting the living doesn’t mean you’ve got to make the experience bad.

Next … Mike R. is the winner of a Flipped movie poster signed by director Rob Reiner. Congrats!

For this contest, we asked you to share a beloved childhood memory. Here’s what Mike had to say:

I remember watching The Wizard of Oz with my parents and my sister.  Every year when it came on my mom would make T.V. dinners and we would all sit around the T.V. eating crap out of aluminum containers and my sister and I would get scared silly by the flying monkeys.I remember watching The Wizard of Oz with my parents and my sister.  Every year when it came on my mom would make T.V. dinners and we would all sit around the T.V. eating crap out of aluminum containers and my sister and I would get scared silly by the flying monkeys.
