Halloween Reads: Middle Grade

It’s the spookiest season of all, so today and tomorrow I’ve got some fun Halloween reading recommendations for you. Today, it’s all about middle grade titles, and tomorrow I’ll have some YA recommendations.

Ghostlight by Sonia Gensler

Avery is looking forward to another summer at Grandma’s farm, at least until her brother says he’s too old for “Kingdom,” the imaginary world they’d spent years creating. The Night Gardener by Jonathan Auxier

A Curious Tale of the In-Between by Lauren DeStefano

Goosebumps by R.L. Stine

The original master of scaring the crap out of children. Any books from this series are a great choice this time of year.
