Today I’m excited to be teaming up with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment to celebrate the digital release of A Dog’s Way Home, the new movie based on the book of the same name by W. Bruce Cameron. One lucky winner will receive a copy of the movie on Bluray, plus a copy of the book that inspired it all. Here’s more about the movie:
Based on the bestselling novel by W. Bruce Cameron, A DOG’S WAY HOME finds its way onto Digital March 26 and on Blu-ray™ Combo Pack and DVD on April 9 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film chronicles the heartwarming adventure of Bella, the brave and adventurous dog that embarks on an epic 400-mile journey home after she is separated from her beloved human, Lucas. A DOG’S WAY HOME highlights the power of unconditional love between man’s best friend and its human companion.
The film stars Ashley Judd (“Twin Peaks”), Jonah Hauer-King (Old Boys), Edward James Olmos (“Mayans M.C.”), Alexandra Shipp (Love, Simon), and Wes Studi (Hostiles ) with Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) providing the charming and lovable voice of Bella. A DOG’S WAY HOME is produced by Gavin Polone (A Dog’s Purpose, A Dog’s Journey) and directed by Charles Martin Smith (Air Bud).
A DOG’S WAY HOME arrives with adorable extras including a DIY guide to creating your own tasty dog treats at home and several deleted scenes. Also included are interviews with novelist W. “Tell us about a special pet or animal in your life in the comments of this blog post.” We miss the two golden retriever mixes that we had at different times. They were great dogs!
Pixie is our “family” cat, but she’s really my cat. She loves me the most and I love her more than my kids love her. But, we don’t tell anyone, so no one gets their feelings hurt. Best cat, ever.
I have a rescued terrier hound mix. I got him when he was 3 and he is 6 now. He is the most loving dog even though he was abused for the beginning of his life.
I have a excessively loved cat. He’s my joy. He’s also very strange in that he loves snow peas and lemon grass. Never had a cat like him.
My golden retriever Berry was a former PAWS dog that we adopted after he failed his training. He lived to be 13 years old and was my office, reading, and walking buddy.
Years ago we had a miniature poodle named Pepper who we loved very much.
Our neighbor’s dog, Macy, comes over just to visit with us and looking for a snack. She’ll let us love on her and then heads home. She really brightens our day when she visits.
I have two dogs Tuc and PK. They are both spoiled rotten and have me wrapped around their paws.
I had a special dog when I was about 13. My dad brought home a puppy, a dachshund.
My son has a dog named Decker. Decker likes to run and play. He is an Australian Shepherd.
I dont currently have any pets but I had a dog when I was a kid who was special to me. Her name was Taffy.
My cat is the special animal in my list we loves to talk and loves to play. She also loves her treats.
My sisters Goldendoodle is my favorite animal in my life.
I have a rescue chihuahua named Piper 🙂

I had a dog when I was younger who was special to me. Her name was Taffy.
I have two dogs and two cats, they are my joy and my fur babies
My favorite dog was our Border Collie, Queenie. She was super smart, spunky and loved everyone.
We just got a new pit bull puppy that we named, Sugar. She is so sweet!
we had a mostly white boxer that would greet people at the screen door face to face panting at the person on the other side of the door.
