Icey Designs: Sherlock Box

When it comes to my slow and cautious foray into bookish boxes, I couldn’t resist giving one of the new Icey Designs boxes a try – so when their January theme was announced as Sherlock Holmes, I snatched one up right away – and I’m so glad that I did!

It’s no secret that I’ve been a HUGE fan of the Icey Designs shop for a long time now. I’m particularly fond of her pencil sets, but I love the journals, candles, enamel pins, and other goodies just as much.

Luckily for me, the Sherlock box was PACKED with gorgeous items designed by Icey Designs and unique to this box. That is, you can’t buy these items in her shop or elsewhere – which is true for all of the Icey Designs monthly boxes. Here’s what was included in the January Sherlock box:

  • 1-4oz candle (Sherlock’s Flat)
  • 3-2oz candles (John Watson, Mrs. Hudson’s Tea, Good Old-Fashioned Villain)
  • 2018 Sherlock Quote Planner
  • Set of two Sherlock pencils
  • “He’s clueing for looks” magnet
  • Double-sided Moriarty bookmark
  • Sherlock quote decorative tile/coaster
  • Sherlock February calendar card

And because everything was created by Icey Designs, you KNOW how gorgeous each item turned out. The designs included in the box harkened both to the beloved BBC series adaptation, as well as the original books/stories – which I especially appreciated, being a fan of Sherlock in all his variations.

I can’t wait to see what themes Icey Designs includes in future boxes, and will happily purchase any that feature a theme I’m fond of – because not one item in this box was disappointing.

The February boxes are on sale NOW and are inspired by the books of Marie Lu. Grab one now before it sells out (they are going fast) – and use my code NOVEL10 to save 10% on your order!
