This post is part of a new, limited feature here at Novel Novice spotlighting adult literature. For mature readers only.
Last year, when I was on my Buick adventure in Big Sur, California, I had the fortune of meeting writer and author Sara Dobie Bauer. We hit it off immediately, and had a great time getting to know each other over the course of our weekend. We only spent a couple days hanging out, but we went our separate ways considering each other friends. So when she asked if I wanted to interview her on Novel Novice for the release of her new book, I couldn’t say no! Even though her book is … well … a little mature for our usual audience.
Yes, we generally feature children’s, middle grade, and young adult literature at Novel Novice. But I’ve broken the rules before, featuring the very occasional adult or new adult book — either because I thought our audience would be interested and/or because I wanted to support a friend. And since this is my blog and I can do what I want in this space … Novel Novice After Dark was born! For the rare times when I want to feature books for our older readers only.
Today, Sara is here for a round of flash questions, and to tell us more about her new book, Wolf Among Sheep, in stores now!
