Mine would be a toss up between Just One Day and Just One Year by Gayle Forman and also The Program and The Treatment by Suzanne Young, because I love these books and duologies so much and they just stick with me. 🙂

Pretty much all the books listed in the comments so far are ones I’d list. Duologies are kind of strange as a concept in my head, but they work!
Favorite YA duology has to be Surviving the Applewhites!
Probably Just One Day & Just One Year. I’m hard pressed to think of others I’ve read since trilogies or quartets are much more common.
