Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare: Release Day Contest

After you rush out and buy your copy of Cassandra Clare’s Clockwork Prince, you’ll open the cover, flip a couple pages and see this on the dedication page:

So, who is Elka? She’s Elka Cloke, Cassie’s friend and a talented poet. Her poem Thames River Song was featured in Clockwork Angel and she has an entire book of her work called Bitter Language, which we featured and reviewed in September.

To celebrate the release of Clockwork Prince today, Elka has provided us with a signed copy of Bitter Language to give away to one lucky reader! Be sure to check out our posts on Bitter Language (linked above) to get a feel for Elka’s style.

The Contest:

Just fill out the Novel Novice + Bitter Language Contest Entry Form, telling us your favorite book by Cassandra Clare.

The Rules:

  1. So exciting! I have one copy in the mail, but I think I’m going to have to head to Walmart to get their special edition too. Elka’s work is great. I’d love to have her book. That’s Novel Novice and Elka Cloke for the chance to win! HAPPY RELEASE DAY TO CASSIE! Woohoo!
