Hourglass by Myra McEntire: Time Travel Reading List

There are so many fantastic elements at work in Myra McEntire’s Hourglass, our June Book of the Month — but at the very heart of the science fiction plot is the idea of “time slip” — a type of time travel.

So as you await the June 14th release of Hourglass, we bring you some of our favorite time travel books from classic & adult literature, as well as YA.

The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger

  1. I really really loved Timeless by Alexandra Monir. I couldn’t put it down. I was so anxious to know if there would be a sequel to this book, cos it’s a promising story. It’s a fun and exciting read… It’s so fascinating being able to travel in the past, meet your ancestors, and fall in love with a beautiful guy! 🙂

  2. Outlander is definitely my favorite time travel series of all time – but then again, who can resist Jamie, lol?

As for YA, I’d definitely have to add Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier and Waterfall by Lisa T. Bergren.
