This is where we usually introduce you to our newest Book of the Month here on Novel Novice, and we still will, but there’s a catch.
You have to wait until February!
See, with the holidays and all, we’re super busy, you’re super busy and authors are super busy. (You get the idea).
But never fear! We’re not going anywhere. In fact, we’re using this Book of the Month hiatus to bring you other timely features, such as
- An in-depth shopping guide for everyone on your list;
- A feature on the much-anticipated new vampire book, The Radleys by Matt Haig;
- And an awesome contest on book talks, where you get to be the star (and maybe win some cool stuff)!
Plus, in January we’ll be celebrating our one-year anniversary!
Book of the Month will be back in February with a title we’re personally over-the-moon excited about: Prom and Prejudice by Elizabeth Eulberg. It’s a modern retelling of Jane Austen’s classic Pride and Prejudice, and as a devoted Austenite, I can honestly say this book is a total delight.
To get you excited, here’s our own Novel Novice book trailer for Prom and Prejudice:
Looks great! I can’t wait for this one myself.
Yippee!!! And CONGRATS on the 1-year anniversary coming up! WHA HOOOO!
LOVE IT!!!!! Makes me want to read it and who doesn’t love a little Darcy?
*blink, blink* Glad you liked it — that means alot coming from you! That was my first stab at a trailer! (I’m totally going to print out these comments and put them on the fridge like a kid!)
