One of our time’s most acclaimed and controversial authors is back on the best sellers list with his latest, Luka and the Fire of Life, by Salman Rushdie. The other new entrant to the top 10 is Hero by Mike Lupica. Neither authors, however, has come close to dethroning Rick Riordan, who claims both the No. 1 and No. 2 spots.
