Posted October 1, 2010 by 3 Comments

We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the freedom to read, than by giving you the opportunity to win BOOKS!

Up for grabs: Crank, Glass and Fallout, the trilogy by our very own guest blogger and YA author, Ellen Hopkins.

How can I win these awesome books, you ask? It’s simple! Here are the details:

Using the Entry Form Link below, choose one of two options:

Option A

Share a personal experience you’ve had with a banned or challenged book.

Option B

Share how a frequently challenged or banned title has had an impact on your life.

Be sure to include all information on your entry form. Include your full name, U.S. mailing address, the title and author of the banned or challenged title you’re referring to and your response. The contest is open through Wednesday, October 6th.  One entry per person, multiple entries will be disqualified. Open to U.S. residents only. The winner will be announced October 8th, when we will highlight some of your entries.

I’ve never had an experience with a banned book. I must live in a cave, because before recently, I hadn’t heard about a book being banned. Of course, I have heard of them being banned in many years gone by, but I don’t remember when. Okay, I live in a cave and wear earplugs!
