Novel Novice visitors may remember that we posted a review of Gayle Foreman’s widely popular novel, If I Stay a few months back. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the book but had a few minor complaints. 1. I didn’t get a true sense of Adam, Mia’s love interest. 2. I felt like the ending was a bit rushed for what was such a powerful and well-written story.
Guess what? Seems like my issues with the novel will be resolved when Where She Went, the sequel to If I Stay, is released in April 2011. Anyone else as stoked about this as me? If that’s not enough to get you in a tizzy, then I got something for you. From August 19-September 1st Foreman participated in a Teaser Tour for the novel. Each day, YA friendly sites posted teasers about everything from point of view changes to the time span of the novel, to relationship news and more on the beautiful cover.
