
It seems there is little book-lovers enjoy more than a beautifully organized set of bookshelves — except perhaps books themselves. Several years ago, I installed 9-foot wide, floor-to-ceiling shelves in my bedroom to house my ever-expanding collection of books (the overflow is in my den) — and I constantly receive admiring comments from those who see the shelves, whether in person or in a photograph I post online. But as much as I love my shelves, I still admire plenty more myself and dream of having a bigger home “library” someday when my husband and I finally buy a house.
