Rick Riordan’s latest joins his other titles in top 10

I guess it wasn’t enough for Rick Riordan to have at least two (usually three) books in the top ten–this week he released The Kane Chronicles Survival Guide, a primer on his popular series. It debuts at no. 4. The other books on the list are all pretty well-established titles. There’s not much movement on the paperback or series lists, except that The Hunger Games remains in the top spot.
