Selznick’s Hugo Cabret gets a bump from movie release

For the third week in a row, there are no new entrants to the top 10 list, though The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick has gotten a huge bump with the movie version, Hugo. It’s pretty safe to say next week’s list will be topped by Cassandra Clare when Clockwork Prince is released Tuesday.
