Our good friends at Reelz Channel are putting together a series on the growing trend of kids’ books (especially series with multiple books) being adapted into movies.
This week they are focusing on Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Percy Jackson! They also mention the Harry Potter movies. I’m particularly fond of the interviews with actors Kevin McKidd & Pierce Brosnan (both in Percy Jackson), who talk about how their kids are big fans of the books & were critical of changes made in the movie version.
